That’s a really great tip for me who wants to be supermom and superwoman all the time. I’ve learned with my son to take breaks because he is so spontaneous and when he wants me to join the fun, I drop everything and join the fun. That’s a great stress reliever for me.

Although I have a partner, our tasks are defined & sometimes we switch around. Helps. It also helps to discuss priorities and deadlines, what can be moved, etc.. Every business has its unique ins & outs. Jewelry design must be planned 6 months out. Blogs are written weeks ahead. So planning, calendars & such are essential. Then life happens & we do what you said to do.
